A short update this week because there's not much to show for the work we've done. Just more electrical.We've got all the low voltage wiring done: phone, internet, cable. We also ran speaker wire in the wall from the corner where the TV will be for future in wall wiring for audio. All the recessed lights are installed and wired up. We just need to finish up the wiring in the bathroom and run the rest of the power from the panel to the correct locations. Actually, as I think about it there are lots of little odds and ends to wrap up before the inspection. We need to plumb the shower valves,
install the bathroom fan, install the vent ducts for the fan, add blocking in the kitchen for the cabinets, add blocking in the bathroom for towel rods, build a half wall for the shower, install bocking for the shower pan, ...Hopefully we will be able to finish all these little things up this week for an inspection early next week.

What a great job you are doing on the house! The kitchen and the bathroom look awesome! I can't believe you have a day job too! you are remarkable people to be able to do the work yourself and live through it! I have never even heard one rubling from Stacie regarding adverse effects on your marriage! How DO you do it??
