Wood!

Houses are made of wood and now ours has some!

This week we were able to get the mudsill and much of the floor built. This part actually went pretty quickly and was fun. It is encouraging to see it starting to take shape.

This week we will be finishing the floor joists and doing the rough plumbing (the prices for copper are painful!). Hopefully we will be ready for our next inspection early next week.
